Applications for Township and Village Tourism Expo are now open

The first ever Southern Africa’s Township and Village Tourism expo is scheduled to take place over two days, from 5th to 6th October 2023 in Gauteng. A market access and tourism development platform to celebrate the rich history, culture and unique experiences, products and services found in our communities.

This year’s Expo will be a physical event, taking place on 5th to 6th October2023. The Expo will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and  exhibitor booths, providing attendees with valuable insights and networking opportunities. This three day event will include exhibitors from township and villages spanning from across the country, showcasing their (tourism) products and services.

The event promises an attendance of over 3000 visitors, 450 exhibitors, Media Houses and buyers. The exhibition is also open to prospective business travelers, to have them tap into our authentic, local tourism, for potential investment opportunities. We invite all tourism-related businesses, organizations, and individuals to apply to participate in the Expo as exhibitors, buyers and visitors. Exhibitor packages include physical booth space, the opportunity to give a presentation, and access to attendee contact information.
